When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally a profile picture. If you sign up using a third-party authentication provider, we may receive your name and email from that provider.
When you purchase a subscription or license, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and order details (plan type and billing period).
If you create or join a team account, we store team membership information including your role, the team name, and associated account data.
We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited, feature usage, and error logs to improve the Service.
When using the PhraseKit desktop application with local AI models, your text and writing data are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to our servers. If you choose to use cloud-based AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) through the desktop app, your text is sent directly from your device to the selected provider and is subject to that provider's privacy policy.
